If you could possibly tell me in which languages you need translation, I can give you the prices.
I have looked at your website. Did you already know that we also offer website editing services. This includes renewing the website, keeping the website up to date and a complete facelift.
If you are interested, please find enclosed a pricelist of those editing services.

you cannot confirm the quotation (="offerte") because you have not made one yet. You cannot make one, either, because you haven't got the brochure and price list yet.

some mistakes:
'quotation of translation your new website'= ...of TRANSLATING..
'our brochures and pricelists for 2010 aren’t ready yet.' You can only use READY if it means 'ready to do something else' e.g. 'are you ready to leave now?'. Otherwise you can use 'finished'. Here I would suggest something like" our brochures aren't yet available'.

This sounds a bit rude. 'Your website is not okay!'

You forgot to put your name plus position in the company underneath your letter.
This is a lot of comment but, on the whole, your letter is not bad.
